Small tubes in boilers, heat exchangers, and condensers need to be cleaned from time to time to ensure peak efficiency. SR&R can clean the inside of these tubes by “lancing” them with our ultra-high-pressure hydroblasters. Using water at 10,000-40,000 p.s.i., we can remove even the most stubborn scales and deposits. Or the outside of tubes or bundles can be cleaned with handheld ultra-high-pressure water “shotguns” and get you back up to peak efficiency.
We also offer Wet/Dry vacuum truck service to recover the washwaters and residues for transportation and disposal, and Confined Space Entry cleaning if necessary. For larger diameter lines or pipe (4”-120” diameter), our pipe cleaning division can not only clean the lines, but provide a pipeline video inspection while we’re at it. At SR&R, we’ve seen it all and cleaned it all.
